Q: Are downloads required for the Callbridge?
There are no required downloads for Callbridge, but guests may choose to download the Callbridge mobile app or desktop app from their device's respective app store.

Q: Can I hold meetings with people outside my organization? (Can I hold meetings with non-Callbridge users?)
Yes; to initiate a meeting with a guest (regardless of organizational affiliation), log into Callbridge and use the meeting scheduler to invite your guest(s) via their email address. Guests can also join by pasting your unique meeting URL into their browser or by dial-in into one of your Callbridge numbers and entering your access code.
Q: How many people can participate in an online meeting or video conference?
Callbridge allows up to 100 guests joining via web, with up to 8 simultaneous video feeds at one time. A maximum of 400 guests can also join your conference via phone.
Q: Does Callbridge support in-room video systems?
Yes, Callbridge supports most H.323 compatible in-room video systems. There is no additional charge when using these systems.
Q: Can I dial into meetings using a traditional phone number?
Yes; guests are empowered to choose the best way to connect for them. To access Callbridge by phone, first choose the best dial-in for your location from our list of premium dial-in numbers. After dialing, key in the access code of the meeting you wish to join, as well as the security code (if that feature has been enabled by the host).
Q: What is VoIP and can I use it with Callbridge?
VoIP, or Voice over IP, is a technology that allows users to make voice calls over their internet connection instead of their regular phone line. Callbridge is compatible with all major VoIP providers.
Q: Can I add or remove Callbridge users in my Callbridge organization?
Yes; administrators can add or remove sub-accounts by logging into their Callbridge account and navigating to the "Manage sub-accounts" section
Q: What does “claim your domain” mean?
Callbridge allows all sub-accounts under an administrator account to retain the same domain URL, making it easy to pay for and keep track of all your Callbridge subscriptions under a central account.
Q: Does Callbridge provide account history through the Callbridge console?
Callbridge maintains a permanent record of all historical meeting information, including timestamps, chat logs, recordings, attendance records, and more. Historical meeting information which can be accessed from the Meeting Archive.
Q: Can I schedule or host instant meetings if I don’t have a Callbridge subscription?
A 30-day complimentary trial will give you access to the full range of Callbridge features for the duration of the trial. Aside from the trial, you are required to have a Callbridge subscription to schedule or host meetings.
Q: Can I attend meetings if I don't have a Callbridge subscription?
Yes; even without an active Callbridge subscription you would be able to attend and participate in meetings within your browser or using the desktop or mobile app.
Q: How does the free trial work?
Callbridge is free to try for 30 days, along with all of its features. After 30 days, you must purchase Callbridge to continue using its service. Click "Start Trial" at the top of the screen to begin your trial.

Q: How do I purchase Callbridge?

Callbridge is a pay-as-you-go service. Pricing is per user per month, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Q: Is there an additional charge when attendees join a meeting using a standard phone line?

Q: How do I get support for Callbridge?
The answers to most questions about Callbridge are answered in the Help Center. This can be accessed in the footer of the Callbridge website under support. Callbridge administrators can also submit a help request through the Callbridge console after logging into their account.
